Returns/Refund Policy

1. 1. Unused Items with Original Packaging: Items being returned must be unused and include their original packaging where applicable.
   2. Refund Period: Refunds are accepted within 14 days from the purchase date. Return shipping charges and duty/brokerage charges, when applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.
   3. Exchanges or Store Credit: Exchanges or store credit is accepted within 30 days from the purchase date. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
   4. No Returns on Sale Items: No returns are accepted on sale items. A restocking fee and 5% processing fee may apply. Original packaging is required for processing returns.
   5. Original Shipping Charges: Original shipping charges will not be refunded unless there is a clear error on the behalf of B&P Cycle and Sports.
   6. Partial Returns and Free Shipping: For partial returns of orders that qualified for Free Shipping, the final value must still adhere to the Free Shipping policy. Otherwise, shipping charges will be applied to the difference of the refund.
   7. How to Initiate a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at [email protected]. Provide your order number and details about the items you wish to return.
   8. Return Authorization: All returns require authorization from B&P Cycle and Sports. Once authorized, you will be provided with instructions on how to return the item(s).
   9. Inspecting Returns: All returned items will be inspected upon arrival. Items that do not meet the stated criteria may be subject to additional fees or may be ineligible for a refund.

A restocking fee and 5% processing fee may apply. Original packaging is required for processing all returns.

Change or Cancel Your Order:

B&P Cycle and Sports is not responsible for order changes after it has been processed. Once shipped, shipping charges will not be refunded.

All customer-cancelled online orders after payment has been processed, are subject to a 5% processing fee charged via our payment processor, PayPal or Stripe.

Shipping Policy

1. 1. Shipping Rates: Shipping prices are automatically generated based on average shipping rates to Canadian and US destinations. Canadian shipping is set at $29.95, and US shipping is set at $39.95.
   2. Shipping Quotes: Shipping quotes will be provided upon customer request. For certain items where shipping exceeds the flat rate, customers will receive a separate shipping invoice to cover the difference in cost.
   3. Shipping Destinations: We exclusively provide shipping to locations within Canada and the USA. All international orders are considered FINAL SALE including shipments to the USA. Any duty or brokerage fees are the responsibility of the customers and are not covered by B&P Cycle. The average duty charge from Canada to the USA is 11%, paid by the customer upon pick-up or delivery.
   4. Address Requirements: We only ship to valid residential and business addresses. Shipments to P.O. boxes are not supported to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your orders. In the event that a P.O. box is used as the shipping address, additional charges may apply. These charges are imposed by our shipping couriers due to the unique handling requirements associated with P.O. box deliveries. We recommend using a valid residential or business address to avoid any potential delays or extra fees.
   5. Different Billing & Shipping Addresses: In cases where an order specifies different billing and shipping addresses, B&P Cycle will exclusively ship to the billing address. This measure is implemented to safeguard against fraudulent orders that may have been erroneously approved. Ensuring consistency between billing and shipping information is essential for maintaining the integrity of our transactions. B&P Cycle has the right to refuse any order that has different billing and shipping addresses.
   6. Free Shipping Policy: Free shipping is offered on orders over $300 on CANADIAN Orders only, and cannot be combined with other discount codes. Bicycles, hockey sticks, and oversized boxes, including but not limited to goal pads, wheel bags, and goal bags, are NOT included in the free shipping offer. These items are subjected to extra shipping charges. If the free shipping code is applied to an item and/or order not eligible for free shipping, the customer will be sent a separate invoice for the FULL cost of shipping. It is the customer's responsibility to add the proper code with the correct items in the cart.

 Free Shipping Policy (Canada Only)

1. 1. Free Shipping Coupon Code: The Free Shipping coupon code is SHIP4FREE300, applicable to orders exceeding $300 in Canada only. This offer cannot be combined with other discount codes.
   2. Exclusions: Items that are excluded from the free shipping offer include but are not limited to, bicycles, hockey sticks, goal pads, wheel bags and oversized boxes.
   3. Remote Areas and Extra Shipping Charges: Shipments to remote areas may incur extra shipping charges. In such cases, customers will be sent a separate shipping invoice to cover the difference in cost. Free shipping is only applicable for orders in CANADA. International orders are not included in the free shipping discount.
   4. Partial Returns and Refunds: For partial returns of orders that originally qualified for Free Shipping, the final order value must still meet the Free Shipping policy criteria. Shipping charges will be applied to the difference of the refund if the final value falls outside the Free Shipping policy.
   5. Incorrect Use of Free Shipping Code: If the Free Shipping code is applied to an item not eligible for free shipping or to an international order, the customer will be sent a separate invoice for the FULL cost of shipping. It is the customer's responsibility to add the proper code with the correct items in the cart.

 Oversized Shipments Policy

1. 1. Definition of Oversized Items: Oversized items include, but are not limited to, bicycles, goal pads, hockey sticks, wheel bags, and goal bags.
   2. Extra Shipping Charges: Oversized items are subject to extra shipping charges due to their unique size and handling requirements. Customers will be sent a separate shipping invoice to cover the difference in cost associated with the shipment of oversized items.
   3. Shipping Quotes: Shipping quotes for oversized items will be provided at the customer's request. This allows customers to be aware of any additional shipping charges associated with the oversized items they wish to purchase.

International Shipping Policy

1. 1. Final Sale for International Orders: All international orders sent outside of Canada are considered FINAL SALE. Customers are responsible for any duty or brokerage fees associated with their international orders.
   2. Duty and Brokerage Fees Responsibility: Duty and brokerage fees for international shipments are the responsibilities of the customers and are not covered by B&P Cycle. The average duty charge from Canada to the USA is 11%, paid by the customer upon pick-up or delivery.
