Online Orders:

All orders are processed on a first-placed, first-served basis. All orders must be paid in full prior to shipping or pick-up. If an item becomes unavailable after the order is places, you will be notified, and a refund or alternative options will be provided. Special orders and custom items are FINAL SALE and cancelled once confirmed (placed).

Changing or Cancelling your Order:

Customers are responsible for reviewing their orders carefully before completing checkout. B&P Cycle and Sports cannot make changes to orders once they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, all shipping charges are non-refundable. Online orders cancelled after payment is processed are subjected to a 5% processing fee, charged via our payment providers (PayPal, Stripe, or Sezzle).

Incorrect Orders:

If you receive an incorrect item, you must notify us by phone or email within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will make every effort to correct and redeliver the appropriate item within 48 business hours. Please note, that for international orders, we do require the original item returned before we send out the proper items. Failure to report the issue within this time frame may result in delays or inability to provide a replacement. ALL DISCREPANCIES MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 48 HOURS OF RECEIVING OR PLACING YOUR ORDER.

Lost or Stolen Orders:

All orders require a signature upon delivery. While we are not liable for items lost or stolen after delivery, we will try and assist with carrier claims where possible. Please note that orders valued under $100 are not eligible for coverage under our shipping insurance. We strongly recommend tracking your shipment and being available to receive it at the time of delivery.

Returns & Refunds:

In-Store Purchases:

Refunds are accepted within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt and packaging. Exchanges or in-store credit may be issued within 30 days. Refunds to the original payment method are not available after 14 days, only exchange or store-credit. Without a receipt, only exchange or store credit will be offered.

All returned products are subject to a 20% restocking fee if they have been opened or used. B&P Cycle and Sports reserve the right to deny any returns or exchanges if items are determined to be used, damaged, or otherwise unsalable. Customers are responsible for ensuring that products are returned in new, unused condition in order to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Non-Refundable Products: Certain products are non-refundable for hygiene, safety, or quality control reasons. These include, but are not limited to: sale items, tubes, valves, socks, undergarments, nuts/bolts, cables, and other small parts.

Online Purchases:

In-store pick-up: Orders picked up in-store follow the same return policy as standard in-store purchases.

Shipped orders: Orders shipped to customers are eligible for returns and refunds within 30 days of the purchase date. Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging. Returned shipping, duties, and any other fees are the customer’s responsibility. Any shipping charges are non-refundable. All returns must be authorized by B&P Cycle. Refunds are processed after receiving the item back and determined in good condition.

A 20% restocking fee may apply to any returns. Online refunds are subject to a 5% processing fee, applied by PayPal, Strip, or Sezzle.

Shipping:

Due to border uncertainty, we are NOT currently shipping to the USA.

We ship exclusively to addresses in Canada. We use the following couriers through a third-party shipping company: Canpar, UPS, Purolator, FedEx, and Canada Post. On average, it takes 2-3 business days for B&P Cycle to process your order, and 5-7 business days for orders to be delivered. If you require faster shipping, please reach out to us at [email protected] and we will send you a shipping quote with options. We automatically choose the rate that fits within the default shipping rate.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a valid residential address to avoid courier delays or surcharges.

Oversized items such as bicycles, all hockey sticks, goal pads, goal gear wheel bags, non-folding tires, car racks, and other larger products incur additional shipping charges due to their size and handling requirements. If your order includes oversized items, a separate invoice will be sent to cover the additional shipping cost.

International/US Orders:

UPDATE:

At this time, we are not accepting international orders and are ONLY shipping within Canada. This decision is due to the high and unpredictable customs and duty fees associated with cross-border shipments. While the average duty fee for shipments from Canada to the United States is approximately 25%, we have recently seen customs fees ranging from 75% to over 100% of the total order value. These rates are subject to change based on current U.S. import policies and tariffs.

At this time, our pricing and domestic shipping processes remain unaffected by current tariffs. However, international import regulations and tariff changes can vary by country and are subject to change without notice. Please note the following:

Customs, Brokerage & Duty Fees: All applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other related charges are the responsibility of the customer. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

US Orders from Canada: For shipments from Canada to the United States, the average duty fee is approximately 25%. This rate is subject to change based on current US import policies and tariffs.

Tariff Updates: Due to the dynamic nature of international trade regulations, we recommend that customers consult with their local customs office or relevant government agency to verify any recent tariff changes or import restrictions that may apply to their order.

We are committed to providing transparent shipping information and encourage all international customers to stay informed of their country’s import policies before placing an order.

Free Shipping:

Free shipping is available on Canadian orders only over $300 before tax using the code: SHIP4FREE300. This offer applies only to standard-sized items and cannot be combined with any other discount codes. Oversized items such as bicycles, all hockey sticks, goal pads, goal gear, wheel bags, non-folding tires, car racks, and other larger products are excluded from the free shipping discount.

If your order exceeds the standard $29.95 shipping rate, a separate invoice will be issues for the difference. For example, if the shipping total is $45, you will be invoiced $15 plus tax. Orders that were eligible for the free shipping, but still exceeds the default shipping of $29.95, you will be sent an invoice for the difference after the $29.95 free shipping discount.

If the free shipping code is applied to ineligible items, a separate invoice will be issued for the FULL shipping cost. If a partial return drops your total below $300 before tax, shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.

Oversized Item Policy:

Oversized items include, but are not limited to, bicycles, all hockey sticks, goal pads, goal gear, wheel bags, non-folding tires, car racks, and other larger products. These products require custom shipping and will incur additional fees. A separate invoice will be sent for the additional shipping amount.

Order Security Verification:

To prevent fraudulent transactions, some online orders may require additional verification. If your order is flagged for review, a team member will contact you by email or phone. Orders will not ship until verification is complete.
