Orders cannot be modified after they have been processed. Once shipped, shipping fees are non-refundable. Orders cancelled after payment processing are subject to a 5% processing fee.

If you use the free shipping code on an item or order not eligible for free shipping, you will be sent a separate invoice for the FULL cost of shipping. It is the customers responsibility to add the proper code with the correct items in the cart.

We ship exclusively to addresses in Canada and the United States. Orders shipped to the United States are considered international and are final sale once payment has been processed. Please see below for more information on international orders. We use the following couriers through a third-party shipping company: Canpar, UPS, Purolator, FedEx, and Canada Post. On average, it takes 2-3 business days for B&P Cycle to process your order, and 5-7 business days for orders to be delivered. If you require faster shipping, please reach out to us at [email protected] and we will send you a shipping quote with options. We automatically choose the rate that fits within the default shipping rate.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a valid residential address to avoid courier delays or surcharges.
